Tucked away in the heart of Lakeland, Sabrina’s Delicacies is somewhere you have to go. The moment you step inside, you smell the air tinged with something sweet, something savory, and something impossible to resist.

The walls and ceiling? Adorned with so many flowers, making it an absolute dream for your Instagram feed. Each table invites you to stay a while, sip something refreshing, and enjoy every beautifully crafted bite.
At the counter, a Grab & Go case offers multiple sizes of charcuterie snack boxes—each packed with hand-selected cheeses, cured meats, nuts, and fruit. There’s also an array of house-made dips and nuts, the kind of finger foods that make you want to plan a last-minute picnic. (And good news for Disney-goers: Sabrina’s delivers straight to resorts with just a 24-hour notice a few days a week! Please check their website. Now that’s magic!)

We order a little bit of everything, because honestly, it ALL sounds so good. First up? The beautifully presented Whipped Ricotta, a delightfully dreamy cloud of delicious creamy cheese topped with sun-dried tomatoes and a fragrant sprig of rosemary.
Then comes the Nut Mix, a blend of buttery roasted nuts, tart cranberries, brown sugar, and fresh rosemary—a salty-sweet masterpiece we instantly regret not ordering in bulk. It is messy, so plan ahead with the napkins.

And then, the main event.

The Holiday Sandwich arrives, golden and toasty, layers of Black Forest ham, Asiago, Gruyère, Provolone, Romano, and Parmesan melting together in perfect harmony. The secret star? A four-fruit jam that brings the ideal hint of sweetness, balanced by the earthy touch of fresh rosemary. It’s warm, it’s gooey, it’s everything. Served with your choice of sides, we chose the freshly cut fruit (because yes, they actually hand cut it—no syrupy canned fruit here), it’s the kind of meal that makes you stop mid-bite just to sigh in happiness.
And, of course, we wash it all down with one of Sabrina’s signature drinks which was as refreshing as it was beautiful, served with fresh mint and cucumber. The Ruby Red is iced black tea, strawberry puree, fresh cucumbers, and fresh mint.

They also offer salads like the Caprese Salad, the Apple Pie Goat Cheese Dip, and a larger charcuterie board. The daily specials are listed at the front counter.
It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back, again and again—whether for a cozy lunch, a picnic on the go, or just to soak in the charm of it all.
And trust us, we will be back.
